35 years I was wearing glasses or contacts I still remember the first pair of glasses I had they were the big ugly frames that just hid my face I’m just glad I don’t have to wear them anymore [Calm Music] I had the LASIK procedure done to both eyes and I’m actually glad I did make that decision to have both eyes done it was mostly because of a co-worker that I worked with he had his surg- his LASIK procedure done here and the way he described how he was treated and the results that he has that made me think this would be the place that I want to go my day-to-day is changed dramatically it’s I’m no longer having to clean my glasses or push them up or readjust them onto my face it’s now I wake up and I don’t have to do a thing my confidence my confidence has increased tenfold I’m no longer afraid to go up and start talking to people I’m enjoying my life again where with the glasses I kind of sheltered myself and now people look at me and they don’t see the glasses anymore they see me as Who I am I have no halos I have no starbursts I have vision like I was when I was 12 years old and I’m enjoying it it’s different from what I was expecting I was expecting them to be treated just as another person here they treat you with respect and it’s like a second family they treat you like a family member and they respect what you’re doing and they guide you through the process in a heartbeat I would say go there even if you just want to check it out check to see if you’re a candidate for just doing it doesn’t hurt the thing that surprised me the most was the clarity that I’m now seeing I can now see across the room and recognize someone I can read signs fifty feet away that I wasn’t able to read with my glasses and my reading vision it hasn’t changed I can still read up close no issues and I’m enjoying life again I’m Jeff Davis and I had LASIK surgery done here at Chu vision and I enjoy it
