Originally from Princeton, MN, Dr. Julia Osowski brings a strong clinical foundation and a genuine passion for patient-centered care to her role. She specializes in ocular disease and peri-operative care, with advanced training in cataract and refractive surgery co-management, glaucoma and corneal conditions.

Dr. Osowski earned her Doctor of Optometry degree from the Illinois College of Optometry, graduating Magna Cum Laude and receiving the prestigious Turner Scholarship Award. Her education included rigorous clinical rotations in glaucoma, retina, pediatrics, and specialty contact lenses.

Following optometry school, Dr. Osowski completed a residency in 2021 focused on ocular disease and surgical co-management, further honing her skills in managing complex eye conditions and preparing patients for successful surgical outcomes. She’s passionate about helping patients understand their eye health and empowering them to take an active role in their care.

Dr. Osowski holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology with a Chemistry minor from the University of Wisconsin–Eau Claire, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude while competing as a four-year varsity athlete on the women’s hockey team. Her background in athletics helped shape her strong work ethic, leadership, and collaborative spirit.

When she’s not in clinic, you’ll likely find Dr. Osowski enjoying Minnesota’s seasons—boating in the summer, skating in the winter—or checking out new restaurants. She’s also a documentary enthusiast and loves getting pulled into a good Netflix binge.
