More than a decade without glasses and contacts and life is good. It’s hard to believe it’s been more than 10 years since Dr. Chu helped me break free of the daily wrestling match with contacts. What a gift. After all these years, my vision is as strong as ever, and I still say eye surgery was one of my best decisions. Life is just plain easier when you’re not tied to glasses or contacts. You see clearly, no matter the time of day, no matter the weather. No cleaners, no cases, no problems. But the biggest benefit of my surgery comes in the wee hours of the morning, as I get ready to go on the radio. I laugh about it now, but I still remember the hassle to coax coaxing contacts into my eyes at 4:00 a.m. Not a great way to start the day. Thankfully that’s all behind me. Beyond the benefits of the surgery itself, I’ve also gained a trusted physician and friend in Dr. Chu. I look forward to each annual exam because I know I’ll get top-notch care from a nationally-recognized team of eye care pros. Thanks, Dr. Chu, for life in 20/20-land. The view here is awesome.
