my name is brad braaten and i had the panoptix lenses put in my left eye and my right eye [Music] the golf ball i can see the golf ball now putting is better chipping is better playing with my grandchildren is better you know you go into the grocery store and you can read all the labels i can sit down and read the paper i grow heirloom tomatoes and just the colors of these different varieties of heirloom tomatoes and going out to the garden and and just seeing everything and mowing the lawn and you know and i mean unbelievably my wife is even more beautiful and she’s 67 years old i mean it’s just like it’s endless you know what you could talk about how different it is for you [Music]
i mean it was great partly because my excitement level was so high after you know i read some some i went on the internet and i looked at some testimonials and then after talking to her so i was just so excited about this and then to come in here and you know everybody i talked to from the receptionist to the lady on the phone to then you know doing all the tests and just like everybody just seemed like they enjoyed their job and they were so professional dr chu well yeah i i couldn’t wait to talk to him because i heard so much about him i had some friends that had gone to him and they so much good things to say about him and then when i talked to him on the phone you know it didn’t take you long to figure out i felt so comfortable you know he seemed so knowledgeable and the thing about it was with him was how much he cared and he was almost as excited as i was about it and how how much satisfaction he took in helping people change their lives
yeah i just i was so impressed on on all the precautions that they took from when you drive up how they handled when you drive up and when you come in here comfortable they made you feel and i never felt at any point that i was in danger or at any risk here so that’s really comforting to you you know no matter where i was in here from whether i was getting my eyes tested or whether i was talking to their you know the finance part of it and everything just it was so comfortable for me
my friend’s brother he’s scared to get this surgery after i got the one eye done i called him told him what it was like and then after i got the next eye done i called him again next week he’s going in for the surgery i said it’s easier than going to get your teeth cleaned at the dentist and i said that i don’t know what there is to be scared about especially with somebody like dr chu you know the comfort level that he gives you and the people here the comfort level that they give you like i told dr chu after he did the first one and i was about to do the second one i said this is like having Christmas two weeks in a row for me i mean for me it was the game changer i don’t know you know if everybody’s eligible to have those but if they are for me it would be a no-brainer your quality of life and your enjoyment in life just seemed to take a big step up you know what is also amazing to me is how something like this could be so easy it’s like not exactly like going to the grocery store and buying them but it was it wasn’t much harder other than the two hours that you spend getting all your measurements and and that was really fun for me though you know just the technology and um just to see how it all how it all shapes up and yeah of course in the surgery it’s like they wheelie into the surgery room and 20 minutes later you’re in your car on your way home that blows my mind
and you know as far as there’s no pain you know your eyes are a little blurry that first day way better the second day by the third day you’re good to go [Music]
i can’t thank them enough for changing my life and as optimistic as i was and as enthusiastic as i am this even took was even better than i thought i will tell everybody i know sometimes it’s hard to put it all in words you know everybody i met here was just amazing um you know you all you think about that you know what your experience is just with everybody that you come in contact with you know and then you get to the grand finale with dr jew
that’s a so you know i wish everybody could experience what i experienced you know and now i can see how i can see that much better looks like i’m 20 again you know that’s just so crazy at 70 years old to have this given to you
is pretty incredible in the panoptix gave me everything i was looking for and i i couldn’t be more happy and satisfied than i am
