Transcription: but I can’t imagine that there would be anything better you know because you know nowadays all you have service you know you’ve got the same product that you’re selling your taken care of but all the different differentiates anyone from another is just the service and I would say if I were to say service here it’s the minute you walk in, you’re greeted with happy people you don’t know the procedure for checking in as quick everybody is so nice all along the way and the other thing that I commented on right away when I was here with that everybody knows exactly what they’re doing you know you’ve got you go to one person and they do exactly what they do and then you move on to the next and then they do exactly what they do it’s effortless you know I did the online survey after I had my first surgery and I put down excellent for everything and that wasn’t just like yet check a box excellent checkbox excellent didn’t you don’t just put excellent just to do it excellent because it’s true everything is just I told them afterwards if I wish I had a third eye I’d be back
